Já faz algum tempo desde a última vez que partilhei com vocês o que gostei na semana, por isso estava mais que na hora de escrever este post mais uma vez. No meu Instagram vou sempre partilhando algumas destas coisas, mas aqui posso sempre partilhar ainda mais e "conversar" com vocês. Digam-me, o que vos chamou a atenção esta semana?

It has been a while since the last time I shared with you the things I've loved during the week, so it was about time to write this post once again. On my Instagram, I end up sharing some of these things, but here I can share even more and talk about them with you. Tell me, what did catch your attention this week?

Podcast Episode: Gloria Steinem from I Weigh

Já sabem que adoro o posdcast I Weigh da Jameela Jamil. Todos os assuntos que ela discute são assuntos pelos quais tenho imenso interesse, mas este episódio com a Gloria Steinem foi mesmo dos meus favoritos. Falam de feminismo, aborto, prostituição e muitos outros tópicos em que nem sempre tinham a mesma opinião, mas adorei ouvir os dois lados.

You already know I love the I Weigh podcast with Jameela Jamil. All the topics she discusses are topics I'm very interested in, but this episode with Gloria Steinem really was one of my favourites. They talk about feminism, abortion, sex work and so many other topics in which they're not always agreeing with each other, but I loved listening to both sides.

 

TV Show: Brave New World

Ainda não acabei esta série, mas estou a gostar muito. Podem ver no HBO e é baseada no livro com o mesmo nome do Aldous Huxley. Li o livro não há muito tempo e, para mim, é sempre arriscado ver algo baseado num livro do qual eu gostei tanto. No entanto, estou a gostar muito desta série. Bem diferente daquilo que costumo ver, mas muito interessante.

I haven't finished this tv show yet, but I'm really enjoying it. You can watch it on HBO, and it's based on the book with the same name by Aldous Huxley. I read the book recently, and to me, it's always a bit risky to watch something based on a book that I liked so much. However, I'm really enjoying this tv show. Very different from what I usually watch, but very interesting.

Clothing: Trench Coat

Como sabem, quero reduzir ao máximo aquilo que compro, no entanto tenho alguns básicos que quero acrescenter ao meu armário este Outono. Um deles é um trench coat. Não é que não tenha, mas os que tenho não são exatamente aquilo que eu pretendo. Por isso, vou vender o que tenho (estejam atentos ao meu Instagram) e comprar um com um corte mais oversized e fluido.

As you know, I really want to reduce my shopping, however, there are a few basics that I want to add to my Autumn wardrobe. One of them is a trench coat. I actually have one, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for. So, I will sell the one that I have (stay tuned to my Instagram), and buy a new one with an oversized fit and very loose.
