Há umas semanas atrás, mostrei-vos um outfit com uma fato da Lacoste e falei-vos também de algumas razões porque é uma marca que gosto tanto e que me traz tantas recordações (se não sabem do que estou a falar, podem ler o post AQUI). Além desse fato, trouxe também comigo um dos clássicos da marca, estou claro a falar dos pólos. Acho que todos nós estamos familiarizados com este básico da marca. Com o corte caraterístico desta peça e com o logo, o famoso crocodilo, bordado no peito. Claro que desdo o ínicio da marca que esta peça se reinventou. Ainda há o corte clássico, mas já há em imensas cores, com imensos tipos de cortes e há também a possibilidade de o personalizar. Eu, quando vi este na loja, não consegui resistir. Houve certos aspectos deste pólo que me conquistaram logo à partida. Adorei o color block com o branco e o azul escuro. Gostei também imenso que os típicos botões do pólo tenham sido substituídos por um fecho. E, gostei também imenso do fit: escolhi uns tamanhos a cima para ficar um pouco mais oversized e adorei o resultado. E é assim que, ao longo dos anos, a Lacoste tem conseguido reinventar este clássico e todas as estações dar-lhe um update que tornam esta peça um ícone da marca. Some weeks ago I showed you an outfit where I was wearing a Lacoste suit and also told you some reasons why it's a brand that I love so much and that brings me so many good memories (if you don't know what I'm talking about you can read it HERE). Beside that suit, I also brought with me one of the classics of the brand, of course, I'm talking about the polo shirts. I think we all know very well this basic of the brand. With the classic fit of this piece and with the embroidered logo, the famous crocodile, on the chest. They still have the classic fit, but there are so many new colours, with loads of different cuts and now you can actually also customize it. When I saw this one on the store, I couldn't resist it. Certain details really got my heart. I loved the colour blocking with the white and navy blue. I loved that instead of the regular buttons placket, it was a zipper. And I loved the fit: I chose a few sizes up so it could have an oversized fit and I loved how it looked. And that's how Lacoste manages to reinvent this classic along the years and every season give it an update that makes this piece an icon of the brand. Do you also love this piece? O que há de melhor do que um restaurante com comida deliciosa e com uma decoração fantástica a.k.a um restaurante super instagrammable? O Porto tem crescido imenso nos últimos meses e quase que todas as semanas há um restaurante novo a abrir. What's better than a restaurant with good food and with an amazing decor a.k.a a very instagrammable restaurant? Porto has been growing a lot and it almost feels like every week there's a new restaurant opening. I've been trying a few of them and today I'm going to show you the ones that are very instagrammble. RESTAURANTE A BRASILEIRA
Tanto o café, como o restaurante estão com uma decoração fantástica. Tive a oportunidade de ir ao restaurante um destes dias e fiquei maravilhada. É o restaurante que podem ver na foto deste post e como podem ver, tudo foi pensado ao pormenor. Continua com alguns aspectos do restaurante antigo, mas com detalhes que o tornam muito moderno.
The cafe and the restaurant, both have an amazing decor. I had the chance to go to the restaurant one of this days and I was amazed. The photo of the restaurant in the post is from there and as you can see everything was thought in detail. It still has some things from the old restaurant, but with some details that make it very modern.

PIZZARIA LUZZO
Desde ao neon na parte de fora, ao interior e ao jardim na parte de trás, tudo na pizzaria Luzzo é super instagrammable. Pessoalmente, nestes dias de Verão gosto imenso de ficar no jardim, mas conseguem fotos fantásticas em qualquer um destes sítios. Já para não falar o quão boas as pizzas são, já é dos meus sítios preferidos para uma refeição (não fosse eu louca por pizza).
From the neon on the outside, the interior to the garden at the back, everything at Luzzo pizzeria is super instagrammable. Personally, on this Summer days, I really like to stay in the garden, but you can get amazing photos at any of these places. Not speaking about how amazing the pizzas are, it already is one of my favourite places to grab a bite (pizza addict talking here).

VOGUE CAFÉ
Como não poderia deixar de ser, o Vogue Café tinha de estar nesta lista. Tenho a certeza que já viram fotos deste espaço no instagram, mas realmente qualquer recanto é super giro para tirar uma foto. O interior está decorado com várias capas da revista ao longo dos anos e o jardim em tons pretos e brancos é o sonho de qualquer instagrammer.
And of course, Vogue Café had to be on this list. I'm pretty sure you've already seen a photo from this place on Instagram, but really, any corner at this restaurant is pure perfection to take a photo. The interior is full with covers from the magazine along the years and the garden in black and white tones is the dream to any instagrammer.

É impressão minha ou este ano está a passar super depressa?!? Estamos a poucos dias de Agosto e parece que ainda ontem estava a partilhar com vocês a minha playlist de Janeiro. Mas devaneios sobre o tempo à parte, visto que estamos a alguns dias do fim do mês, hoje tenho para vocês a minha playlist de Julho. Como já sabem, o Verão não é de todo a minha estação do ano preferida, sinceramente, prefiro os meses mais frios. Mas ao contrário dos outros anos, até tenho gostado bastante deste Verão. Talvez por as temperaturas não terem estado tão altas como o habitual (parece que para a semana já vão subir para a felicidade de algumas pessoas) ou, simplesmente, porque me tenho focado naquilo que realmente gosto do Verão. De qualquer das formas, não há nada que bata o Inverno no que toca à roupa. Adoro criar diferentes camadas com a roupa e no Verão os outfits não passam muito de duas ou três peças, quando não é apenas uma. Sei que não é assim para muitas pessoas, mas para mim torna-se aborrecido. Vestir um vestido e estar pronta pode ser fantástico quando estamos com pressa, mas para mim fica sempre a falar alguma coisa. Por isso, quando vesti este vestido decidi criar mais uma camada e vestir esta camisa por baixo. Claro que isto só é possível quando realmente a temperatura não está assim tão alta, mas deu para matar saudades das camadas que eu tanto gosto de usar no Outono!

 As you already know, Summer isn't my favourite season at all, honestly, I prefer the colder months. But unlike the past years, I've actually been loving this Summer. Maybe because the temperature is not as high as usual (looks like it's getting higher next week for the happiness of some people) or simply because I've been focusing on what I love the most about Summer. But all these things aside, nothing beats Winter when it comes to clothing. I love creating different layers with clothing and in Summer you wear two or three pieces of clothing, if not just one. I know it's not like this for most people, but to me it gets boring. Put on a dress and be ready might be very nice if you're in a rush, but to me, there's always something missing. So, when I got into this dress I decided to do some layering and get a blouse underneath. Of course, this is only possible if the temperature is not too high, but I really missed wearing some layers!

Não sou muito de acessórios, no meu dia-a-dia poucos uso. Agora no Verão gosto imenso de usar colares, mas se há acessório que uso todos os dias (e quando digo todos é MESMO todos!) são brincos. Por isso hoje vou-vos mostrar alguns dos meus brincos favoritos. Não é a minha colecção completa, isso fica para um outro post, mas são aqueles que uso mais uso no meu dia-a-dia. Digam-me qual o vosso par favorito e se, como eu, também não dispensam este acessório!

I'm not really into accessories, on my daily life I don't use them that much. Now in Summer I really like to use necklaces, but if there's an accessory that I use every single day (and when I say every day, it really is EVERY single day!) is earrings. So today I'm going to share with you my favourite earrings. It's not my whole collection that's for another post, but these are the ones that I use the most on my daily life. Tell me which pair is your favourite and if you're like me that can't live without this accessory!


Como já devem ter percebido, sou uma grande fã de argolas. Aliás, são o tipo de brincos que uso todos os dias. Mas quando quero algo diferente, adoro usar estas. Um pouco maiores do que uso normalmente (em tamanho e largura), mas mesmo assim não muito grandes. E como tinha de ser, em prateado, porque é mesmo o meu tom favorito. Estas são da Parfois e podem encontrar AQUI. Para as fãs de dourado, também têm essa opção.

As you probably already know, I'm a big fan of hoop-earrings. Actually, they are the kind of earrings that I use every day. But when I want something different, these are the ones that I use. A bit bigger from usual (in size and width), but at the same time not too big. And of course, in a silver-tone, because it's my favourite. These ones are from Parfois and you can find them HERE. For the gold-tone fans, they also have that option. 


E mais argolas! Estas foram uma compra destes saldos, mas já se tornaram das minhas favoritas. São em tecido neste padrão preto e branco e são as maiores da minha colecção. Gosto imenso de as usar num look mais simples, mesmo sendo em cores neutras dão logo outro ar. Infelizmente, já não estão disponíveis, mas encontram imensas parecidas nas lojas de fast fashion.

And more hoop-earrings! These ones I bought on sale, but they are already one of my favourites. They're in this printed fabric in black and white and are the biggest from my collection. I really like to use them with a more simple outfit, even being in neutral colours, they always jazz up any outfit. Unfortunately, they are no longer available, but you can find similar ones in the high street stores. 


E por fim, estas argolas que já não são novidade por aqui. Gosto imenso destes brincos, porque aliam as argolas que eu tanto gosto com a tendência dos brincos em acrílico. Estes também já comprei há algum tempo, por isso também já não estão disponíveis, mas encontrei ESTES que apesar de ser numa cor diferente, são dentro do mesmo género e aliam também estas duas tendências.

And last but not least, these hoop-earrings that are not new around here. I really like these earrings, because they join the hoops that I love so much with the resin earrings trend. These ones I also bought a long time ago, so they aren't available, but I found THESE ones that although being in a different colour, they're the same kind of earring and join this two trends.

Já o disse diversas vezes e volto a dizer: não sou nada de perfumes. Mas também quando encontro um que gosto é porque gosto mesmo. Este foi a minha mais recente descobrta, o CK One Summer e é mesmo a frangrância do meu Verão, isto porque não sou daquelas pessoas que usa um perfume diferente todos os dias. Tenho adorado este, porque é bastante leve e, para mim, cheira mesmo a Verão! Mas podem encontrar em baixo mais alguns perfumes que acho perfeitos para esta altura do ano. Digam-me, qual é o vosso perfume de eleição? Está na lista?

I have told you this already, but I will say it again: I'm not really into perfumes. But when I find one that I like, I really really like it. This was my newest find, the CK One Summer and it really is the fragrance of my Summer, that because I'm not that kind of people that uses a different perfume every single day. I've been loving this one, because it's really fresh and it really smells like Summer! But you can find some other perfumes that I find perfect for this time of the year below. Tal como muita gente, tive uma fase em que o meu estilo era bastante minimalista. Se me seguem há algum tempo, tenho a certeza que se lembram. As cores que usava eram, basicamente, preto e branco e era raro usar padrões. Lembrei-me disto, porque nessa altura era completamente impensável usar o padrão floral, mas ora aqui estou eu com esse mesmo padrão. Sinto que ainda tenho esse estilo minimalista, mas talvez agora experimente mais e tenho um estilo mais eclético (para não dizer esquizofrénico). Isto tudo para vos dizer que o estilo minimalista não morreu e estou a falar no que toca à moda, porque sobre o lifestlye minimalista quase que podia fazer um outro post. Talvez já não descreva o meu estilo como minimalista, mas também não faço ideia de como o descrever. Ainda uso looks todos pretos e preto e branco continuam a ser as minhas cores preferidas, mas mesmo assim uso outro tipo de peças. Até no feed do meu instagram conseguem ver isso. Se antes era todo bastante neutro, hoje em dia já uso bem mais cores. Por isso, vão continuar a ver-me em looks simples de vez em quando, mas esperem também mais looks com esta saia floral!

Like a lot of people, I had a phase in which my style was very minimalistic. If you're following me for a while, I'm pretty sure you can remember that. The colors I wore were basically black and white and it was really rare for me to wear prints. I remember this, because at that time it was impossible for me to wear a floral print, but here I am in that same print. I feel like I still have that minimalistic style in me, but maybe now I try more things and have a more eclectic style (not to say schizophrenic). All of this to tell you that the minimalism style is not death and I'm talking only when it comes to fashion, because the minimalism lifestyle would be a whole another post. Maybe I can't describe my style as minimalistic anymore, but I had no idea how to describe it anyway. I still love the all black outfits and black and white are still my favourite colors, but I also use other kind of pieces. Even on my instagram feed you can see this. Before it was very neutral, nowadays I use way more colours. So, you're going to keep see me in simple outfits once in a while, but you can wait for more outfits with this floral skirt!

Já partilhei com vocês diversas vezes como edito as minhas fotos do instagram, mas nunca vos mostrei como edito as minhas fotos aqui para o blog. Não posso dizer que seja uma pró, o meu processo é bastante simples, mas ao longo dos anos tenho aprendido imenso e cada vez gosto mais de editar as fotos. O editor que uso é o Photoshop e é lá que faço todas as alterações que quero nas fotos. É então assim que edito as minhas fotos.

I already shared with you several times how I edit my Instagram photos, but I've never shown you how I edit the photos for the blog. I can't tell you that I am a pro, my process is quite simple, but along the years I've been learning a lot and I enjoy editing photos more and more. The editor I use is Photoshop and it's where I do all the changes I want in the photos. So here's how I edit my photos.


Como podem ver, as alterações não são assim muitas, mas dá para notar a diferença. Claro que o processo varia de foto para foto, mas neste caso o que fiz foi o seguinte: diminuí a luminosidade, aumentei o contraste, aumentei a saturação, aumentei a saturação dos vermelhos e tornei o preto mais forte.
As you can see there are not a lot of things that I change, but you can notice the difference. Of course, this changes from photo to photo, but here is what I did: brought exposure down, brought contrast up, brought saturation up, brought the saturation of colour red up and made black even more black. 


Depois da edição feita, é só redimensionar e guardo as fotos sempre em PNG. Como podem ver é muito simples. Se tiverem alguma dúvida, deixem nos comentários! Espero que tenham gostado do post.

Depois de todos os posts em Lisboa para esta categoria aqui do blog, voltamos ao Porto com um café que abriu há muito pouco tempo, o Le Brunch Parisien. Não é muito díficil perceber que este café tem vibes parisienses por todo o lado, mas a esplanada é mesmo o que mais me remete para Paris, por isso mesmo é que estas fotos são na esplanada. Mas o espaço interior também tem uma decoração fantástica, bem como o jardim que têm na parte de trás. Como não poderia deixar de ser, os croissants são maravilhosos. Desta vez fui apenas para um bebida, mas já lá fui para o pequeno-almoço e paguei cerca de 3€. Ficou por experimentar o brunch que, infelizmente, é apenas aos Domingos e tem o preço de 17€ por pessoa, sendo que é um brunch buffet. Já conheciam este espaço? Contem-me tudo!

After all the posts in Lisbon for this category of the blog, we are back to Porto with a cafe that opened recently, the Le Brunch Parisien. It's not very hard to realize that this cafe has Parisian vibes everywhere, but the terrace is what truly reminds me of Paris, that's why these photos are there. But the interior also has an amazing decor, just like the garden they have in the back. Of course, the croissants are amazing. This time I went there just to drink something, but I already went to have breakfast and I paid around 3€. I still want to try the brunch that unfortunately is only on Sundays and it's 17€ per person, but it's a buffet brunch. Have you ever heard about this place? Tell me everything!

Há algum tempo atrás, partilhei com vocês algumas coisas para fazer num 'lazy Sunday'. Também nesse post vos disse que não sou a maior fã do 'lazy Sunday', prefiro sempre aproveitar o fim-de-semana da melhor maneira e fazer mil e uma coisas. GO ON A BIKE RIDE 
Logo pela manhã, enquanto está fresco e ao pé do rio ou do mar - é das minhas actividades preferidas. E não ter bicicleta não é desculpa. Eu mesma não tenho, mas já há imensos sítios onde podem alugar uma por algumas horas.
Right in the morning, while it's still not very hot and by the river or by the sea - it's one of my favourite activities. And don't having a bike it's not an excuse. I don't have one, but there are already loads of places where you can rent one for a few hours.

BE A TOURIST IN YOUR OWN CITY
Perde-te na tua cidade e vai aqueles sítios que são tão turísticos que tu nunca fostes. Passeia pela cidade, vai ao café novo que abriu e visita uma exposição num museu, não há melhor sentimento do que seres turísta na tua própria cidade (tirando ser realmente turista).
Get lost in your own city and go to those places that are so touristy that you have never really been there before. Take a stroll around the city, go to the new cafe that open and visit an exhibition at a museum, there's no better feeling than being a tourist in your own city (okay, maybe actually being a tourist can beat that).

DO A PICNIC
Prepara uma refeição e faz com os teus amigos ou família um piquenique num parque ou até mesmo na praia. Se estiver bom tempo, garanto-vos que é super agradável.
Get a meal ready and do a picnic with your friends or family at at park or even at the beach. If the weather it's on your side, I swear you will have the best time.

GO TO THE MOVIES
Uma excelente coisa para fazer ao Domingo é ir ao cinema. Claro que podem ver um filme em casa, mas vamos ser sinceros, não é a mesma coisa (e as pipocas do cinema são sempre melhores).
A great thing to do on a Sunday is to go to the movies. Of course you can watch a movie at home, but let's be honest, it's not the same thing (and the popcorns at the movies are always better).

Cada vez se fala mais de moda sustentável e uma forma de ajudarmos é comprar em lojas vintage. Acredito mesmo que comprar vintage é uma arte, é preciso procurar bastante bem no meio de imensas coisas até encontrar alguma peça que gostemos. É preciso ter paciência, mas algumas das peças que comprei em lojas vintage são mesmo das minhas preferidas. É o caso destas calças. Comprei-as numa loja vintage cá no Porto, por apenas 1€, acreditam? E não foi preciso fazer alterações nenhumas, tanto a cinta, como o comprimento estavam perfeitos (e olhem que isto é inédito comigo!). Se também são fãs de achados como eu, hoje partilho com vocês as minhas lojas vintage preferidas cá no Porto.

We have been talking more and more about susteinable fashion and a way to help is to shop vintage. I believe that shopping vintage is a art, you have to look out for a great piece in the middle of so many things until you find something good. You have to be very patient, but some of the clothes I have bought at vintage stores are some of my favourites. It's the case of these pants. I bought them at a vintage store in Porto and only paid 1€ for them, can you believe it? And I didn't have to change them at all, the waist and the lenght was perfect (that's a first for me!). If you're also a fan of vintage, today I'm going to share with you my favourite vintage stores in Porto.

HUMANA 
A Humana é das minhas preferidas. Tem imensa coisa e é preciso procurar muito bem, mas por exemplo, as calças deste outfit foram compradas lá. Têm de estar atentos, porque vão fazendo várias promoções, neste caso foi um dia em que todas as peças da loja estavam a 1€. Já há várias lojas Humana espalhadas pelo Porto e sei que também existe em Lisboa e em outras cidades europeias.
Humana is one of my favourites. They have loads ot stuff and you really have to look really well, but for example, the pants from this outfit I bought in there. You have to pay attention, because they make different promotions, on this case it was a day that all the pieces in the store were at 1€. There are a lot of stores around Porto and I know there's also in Lisbon and other european cities.

MON PÈRE
Em comparação com a Humana, a Mon Père já é mais selectiva e também um pouco mais cara. Mesmo assim tem peças únicas e que valem muito a pena. Gosto desta loja, principalmente, para acessórios, gosto imenso da selecção de óculos de sol.
Comparing to Humana, Mon Père is a bit more selective and also a bit more expensive. Even tho it has very unique pieces that are really worth it. I really like this store for accessories, really love their sunglasses selection.

MEK DAS FONTAINHAS 
Esta foi a última a ser descoberta, mas também tem peças incríveis. Tem imensa variedade e com peças para todos os gostos. Os preços também são muito acessíveis, por isso também é paragem obrigatória.
This was the last one that I found, but it also have amazing pieces. They have a lot of stuff for all different kind of tastes. The prices are also very good so it also has to be in your itinerary.
