Num curto período de tempo, houve uma evolução gigante e, sinceramente, acho que estamos a viver tempos fantásticos. Apenas com o meu telemóvel posso escolher comida do meu restaurante favorito e tê-la à porta de casa, posso pedir um carro e levar-me para bem onde eu quiser, posso pagar coisas apenas com um toque com o meu cartão, posso trabalhar com pessoas que estão do outro lado do mundo e a lista continua. Já falei sobre isto com diversas pessoas e acho que apenas as pessoas da minha geração (ou anteriores) conseguem perceber o quão maravilhosos estes tempos são. Porque, de facto, nós lembramo-nos e sabemos o que é não ter nada disto. Ainda me lembro de quão mind-blowing foi quando apareceu o primeiro telemóvel com uma máquina fotográfica ou de como era difícil ligar a internet em casa que ainda era pelo telefone que se ligava. Para pessoas mais novas, tudo isto de que falei anteriormente é a normalidade, mas eu acho que vou passar a vida maravilhada com todas estas evoluções.

In a very short period of time there was a very big evolution and honestly, I really think we're living some pretty good times. Just through my phone I can order food from my favourite restaurant and have it delivered at my door, I can get someone to pick me up in a car and take me anywhere I want to go, I can pay for stuff by only tapping my card, I can work with people from the other side of the world and the list goes on. I've discussed this with a lot of people and I think that only people from my generation (or previous) can understand how good these times are because we actually know how it is to live with none of these things. I can still remember how mind-blowing it was when the first phone with a camera appeared or how long it took to set the internet on your house through the phone. Maybe someone younger can't appreciate all these things because for them these things are very normal, it's how life is, but I think I will always be amazed by all these changes.
