Longe vão os tempos em que a maior parte das pessoas pensava que as calças flare eram só para pessoas super altas, eu mesma acreditava nisso e nunca pensei que fosse gostar de me ver com umas. Mas há umas estações atrás, depois de anos guardadas nos arquivos, as calças flare voltaram em força, trazendo até mais modelos, como por exemplo os kick flare dos quais também eu sou fã. Sempre disse que na moda, todas as regras que conhecemos são para ser quebradas e, por mais que todas as "regras" digam que não devo usar calças flare, aqui estou eu a usar um par, porque eu gosto e porque não vou deixar de usar algo que gosto só porque teoricamente não me ficaria bem. Sinceramente, até acho que me fazem parecer mais alta do que aquilo que realmente sou. Para mim, o truque é usá-las sempre com calçado que tenha alguma altura (neste caso usei umas botas de salto alto), escolher sempre um par de cinta subida e usar um modelo que não seja muito baggy. Por isso não, as calças flare não são só para pessoas altas, são para quem as quiser usar!
Gone are the times when people used to believe that flare jeans were only for super tall people, even I believed that and I never thought I would like to see myself in one pair. But some seasons ago, after years being kept on the archives, flare jeans came again and even brought some other fits like the kick flare which I'm also a fan of. I always said that all the rules we know when it comes to fashion are to be broken and even if all the "rules" say I shouldn't wear flare jeans, here I am wearing a pair, because I like it and because I will not stop wearing something I like just because theoretically doesn't look good on me. Honesly, I even think they make me look taller than what I really am. To me the trick is to always wear them with high heels (on this outfit I wore them with some high heeled boots), always choose a pair that it's high waisted and a fit that it's not too baggy. So no, flare jeans are not only for tall people, they are for whoever wants to wear them!
