I feel that lately instagram has getting a bad reputation. Of course I can't deny that all we see in there it's what people want us to and that isn't always the reality, but isn't that what end up inspiring us all the time? Humans are visual creatures so why wouldn't we want to see a beautiful picture? Even if that same picture took 10 minutes to take and other 10 minutes to edit. We just have to be aware that no ones is perfect and that photo that we saw on instagram is a mix of filters, angles, good light and only one photo that makes it out of hundreds and that's totally fine, because on the end I want to see that one photo that turns out to be the best, because that's the one that is going to inspire me and that I will probably save. We say so many times that there's no reality on social media, but do you think we really want to see the reality? Instagram to me has always been a way to express myself creatively and to share beautiful photos. I only shoot photos for instagram when I'm feeling my very best, that's not my reality all the time, I'm not always wearing make-up and with a cute outfit worth sharing on instagram, but aren't we all like this? Honestly when I go to instagram I just want to look at pretty photos of other bloggers with very aesthetically pleasing coffee with some inspirational caption. Reality or not, that's what I like about instagram!
