The 5 Spring Trends I'm Most Excited About

Sempre tive uma relação amor/ódio com as tendências. Não posso dizer que não as sigo, porque acabo por comprar peças das novas colecções que gosto, mas não as compro porque são tendência ou porque é algo que se vai usar muito na estação, compro porque gosto. Não sei se me faço entender, mas todos nós acabamos por seguir certas tendências (mesmo que inconscientemente). A Primavera está aí à porta e, por isso, hoje vou vos mostrar a minha lista com as minhas tendências preferidas para a próxima estação. Não são todas as tendências, mas são aquelas que tenho a certeza que vou aderir (ou então já aderi realmente). Depois digam-me qual é a vossa preferida!

I always had a love/hate relationship with trends. I can't tell you that I don't follow them, because I always end up buying stuff from the new collections that I like, but I don't buy them because they're a trend or because it's something that everyone will be wearing, I buy it, because I like it. I don't know if you understand what I mean, but we all end up following certain trends (even if unconsciously). Spring is right around the corner so today I will show you my list with my favourite trends for next season. This are not all the trends, but those that I'm pretty sure I'll be wearing (or I'm already wearing). Then tell me which one is your favourite!

BAGGY SUITS 

Fatos bem masculinos são algo que já uso há bastante tempo e sempre fui fã desta combinação. Mas esta estação, quanto mais oversized for o fato melhor. Este é o mais recente fato na minha colecção e o primeiro que tenho com um padrão (está com uma excelente promoção btw, podem encontrá-lo nos links em cima).

Very masculine suits are something that I was always very into and I've always been a fan of this combination. This season, the more oversized the suit is, the better. This is the newest I have in my collection and actually the first one I have with a print on (it's with an amazing discount right now btw, you can find it on the links above).

UGLY WHITE SNEAKERS

Depois de todas as it girls terem usado as sapatilhas Triple S da Balenciaga, também as lojas de high street estão a aderir a esta tendência. Eu tenho de confessar que ando à procura do modelo perfeito (visto que as Balenciaga não são uma opção para a minha carteira), porque adoro esta tendência. Acho que dão um ar muito cool a qualquer outfit e adoro ver, por exemplo, com a tendência de cima, um fato.

After seeing all the it girls with the Balenciaga Triple S sneakers, now high streets stores are also joining this trend. I have to confess that I've been looking for a perfect pair for a while (since Balenciaga is not really an option for my wallet), because I really like this triend. I think they give such a cool vibe to any outfit and I love to seeing them paired with the trend I talked above, wiht a suit.

HEADBANDS

Sim, leram bem, bandoletes. E quanto mais femininas melhor, bem à Blair Waldorf de Gossip Girl para perceberem melhor. Eu gosto imenso de ver noutras pessoas, mas ainda não sei se esta tendência vai encaixar com o meu estilo, mas talvez experimente uma preta bem simples.

Yeap, you read it well, headbands. And the more feminine the better, quite Blair Waldoft from Gossip Girl, do you know what I mean? I really like seeing this in other people, but I still don't know if this trend will go really well with my style, but I might try a very simple one in black.

BELT BAGS

As malas em cinto ou então fanny packs já estão por cá há algum tempo, mas pelo que parece vão continuar em força e cada vez com mais modelos diferentes em diferentes tamanhos e cores. Sinceramente, sinto-me um pouco "nua" sem uma mala ao ombro, mas adoro vê-las em outfits mais largos a marcar a zona da cintura.

The belt bags or fanny packs have been here for a while now, but it looks like they're going to stay here for a while longer and with different models with different sizes and colors. Honestly I feel a bit "naked" without a bag on my shoulder, but I love seeing them on baggier outfits getting a very strong line around the waist.

PASTELS

E, por fim, as cores da estação vão ser as cores pastéis, principalmente um amarelo bem pálido e lavanda. Tenho tentado adicionar mais cor ao meu armário, por isso estes tons mais leves são uma excelente opção e ficam sempre muito bonitos na Primavera. Acho que vou apostar em blazers e camisas nestes tons.

And lastly, the colors of the season are going to be the pastel colors and pale yellow and lavender are going to be quite huge this season. I've been trying to add a bit more color to my closet so this lighter tones are an amazing option and they always look amazing during Spring. I think I will go for some blazers and shirts on this color.
